Because our products are made-to-order, we accept returns only for the following:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items

• Print defects

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

REFUND PROCESS

1. Email us at support@bosbulldogboutique.com

2. Include order number + clear photos of the issue

3. We’ll review and offer either a replacement or refund

EXCHANGES

We only replace defective or damaged items.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started (usually 2–4 hours after purchase).
